You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, promotional, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, inflammatory, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, perceived as violating any applicable laws, or otherwise violate any law, including intellectual property rights.  You agree to not post to this Site or any of Our platforms with the intent to promote any product, service, person(s), business(es), or anything in line with promotional behavior.  You agree to not post any information or material for commercial purposes.  You agree to never post or transmit any information, software, or other material that contains malware, including but not limited to a virus, worm, trojan horse, or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties.

Cygma Health, LLC may monitor or review discussions, postings, message boards, and the like on the Site or it’s other media platforms.  We reserve the right to restrict or remove any and all Content that we determine in Our sole discretion violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Us, Our customers, or any of our contributing or affiliated Third Parties.  We may preserve and access a backup-copy, and We may disclose the content if required to do so by law.

If We have been harmed by your violation We may, in Our sole discretion, seek to recover damages from you.
