Our initial consult is designed to create a foundation specific to your needs and goals. During the consult, we’ll cover the three biggest priorities of a nutritional foundation:
- Energy balance – calories needed to meet your lifestyle demands and goals
- Macronutrients – proportions and amount of major food groups
- Food Timing – intuitive principles to optimize your energy and manage weight
Initial consults include a medical body composition and metabolic scan to see how many calories you burn at rest, your muscle/skeletal/fat mass, hydration, and more.
We’ll use this information to set goals and create a personalized plan that will work for you!

SNCs include everything in our initial consult with more emphasis on reviewing your activity, training goals and recovery. If you wear a fitness tracker, we’ll review your activity and total daily expenditures was prat of the review process. If you do not wear a tracker, that is no problem at all.
You can schedule a SNC as either a one-time consult (initial consult pricing) or as part of a monthly coaching plan.

It’s best to focus on a couple or a few things at a time to build habits, allow your body to respond, and notice change.
Our monthly plan is designed to let us focus on a few prioritized goals at a time until they become habits. We’ll then progress to our next step(s) until we reach your goals. This approach allows continued, sustainable progress so your results last a lifetime.
Monthly plans include regular Zoom calls and keeps your nutritionist on “retainer” for unlimited email support to answer all your questions, any time.
